Every plumbing job costs what it costs. Older homes in 66205 often have galvanized or cast-iron lines instead of modern copper or PEX, which means more work to diagnose and replace. A water heater in a basement with good access is a different animal than one wedged in a crawlspace. A drain blockage three feet from the stack plays out fast. One twenty feet out, past a tree root, takes longer.
Access matters. Tight crawlspaces, finished basements, or lines buried deep in the yard add time. A camera inspection tells you exactly what's happening inside the pipe before we quote repipe work — no guessing, no selling you work you don't need.
