Drain Cleaning in Overland Park

A slow drain or backup needs to be diagnosed before it gets fixed. We use camera inspection and high-pressure jetting to clear the line and show you what caused the problem. No guesswork, no unnecessary repipe.

What We Diagnose and Fix

How Drain Cleaning Works

  1. 01

    Call or Request Service

Tell us where the drain is slow or backed up. We'll schedule a time that works for you, Mon–Fri 7am–6pm or Saturday 8am–2pm.

  2. 02

    We Arrive and Listen

The owner or one of our two-person crew inspects the symptoms. A backed-up toilet and a slow kitchen sink have different causes, and we treat them differently.

  3. 03

    Camera Inspection First

We run a camera down the line to see what's blocking it—roots, grease, collapsed pipe, or debris. You see the footage so you know what happened.

  4. 04

    Choose Your Fix

If it's a buildup, we jet the line clean. If it's structural damage, we explain your options. The camera shows exactly what needs work.

  5. 05

    We Clean and Verify

High-pressure jetting scours the interior of the pipe. A second camera run confirms the line is clear and shows if there's damage to address later.

Drain Cleaning Questions

How do you know what caused the blockage?
Camera inspection shows us. We feed a small camera down the drain and watch what's in the way—roots, grease, offset pipe sections, cracks. That footage tells us the real problem instead of guessing.
Is drain cleaning the same as a repipe?
No. Cleaning removes what's blocking the line right now—buildup, roots, debris. A repipe replaces the pipe itself, which is necessary only if the pipe is cracked, collapsed, or so corroded it can't be cleaned. Camera inspection tells us which one you need.
What is high-pressure jetting?
We pump water at high pressure down the line to scour the interior walls and push the blockage out. It's effective on grease, roots, and mineral buildup. For some structural issues, it won't help, and the camera tells us that before we start.
Can you clean cast-iron or clay pipes?
Yes. Older homes in Overland Park have cast-iron or clay laterals, and jetting works on both. The camera inspection confirms the pipe is intact enough to jet safely.
How long does drain cleaning take?
Usually 1 to 2 hours, depending on how far down the problem is and how heavy the blockage. We explain what we find and what the timeline will be.
